Vanessa Moos, the talent behind Miss Moos Bakes, has always loved baking. Encouraged by friends who couldn’t get enough of her creations, Vanessa decided to take the leap and turn her passion into a profession. After completing a course at Red Deer Polytechnic and gaining experience working in a professional kitchen, Miss Moos Bakes was born in 2023.

Equipped with a food handler’s certificate and a dedication to quality, Vanessa started at local farmers markets and committed to the business full-time in 2024. She personally handles every aspect of Miss Moos Bakes—from baking to selling. 

Her mission? To bring you genuine homemade baked goods, crafted with care and rooted in tradition—right down to her sourdough starter.
